Psychological Therapy and coaching

I am a mature, very experienced psychologist who works with teams, individuals and families. I bring expertise and personal life experience to my professional support for people encountering anxiety or depression which is affecting their work and social relationships as well as their own self esteem and well being.

I aim to help my clients to develop confidence in handling changing life circumstances for themselves and their close attachments.

Professional Statement

My psychology practice draws on my 5 year academic training at Queens University Belfast, post graduate trauma work at New University of Ulster.

I have over thirty years experience working in the field of applied psychology in organisations such as NHS staff support, Relate, Insurance companies school counselling and general industry.

All this informs my current independent practice along with constant updating on research and development programmes.

I am always happy to do an assessment to refer you to an appropriate practitioner to suit your needs.

I offer online face to face sessions as well as therapy sessions at my consulting rooms in East Finchley.

Parking is available.. Local bus stops and East Finchley Tube station provide good access.

Fees are based on 60 minutes session and range from £90 to £120 depending on the nature of the sessions chosen.
